Your NNMC ID

We are thrilled to introduce NNMC ID, our new single sign-on solution! Starting January 15th, this cutting-edge system simplifies access to all our digital platforms using a single set of credentials.

Key Benefits of NNMC ID:

What You Need to Do:

  1. Your NNMC ID: Your NNMC ID uses the same username and/or password that you currently use to log into NNMC-Owned PCs, Microsoft Applications, and Workday. Enter your NNMC email address as your username when prompted by applications.
  2. Verify your NNMC ID by visiting the NNMC Microsoft Portal. You will then be redirected to the NNMC login page for verification.
  3. Enter Your Credentials:
    1. In the sign-in box, enter your NNMC email address (e.g., [yourusername]@nnmc.edu).
    2. Enter your password. This is the password used to access your Microsoft 365 account. Initial password for new accounts is: Northern25! If you're unable to access your account because your initial password is not working, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
  4. Two-Factor Authentication:
    1. Two-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled for your account, so you will be prompted to verify your identity using a second method (e.g., authenticator app or text message).
    2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.
  5. Explore the Benefits: Experience effortless application access with NNMC ID. Simply use your existing NNMC ID credentials when prompted.
