Email Login Issues

This guide will help you troubleshoot common issues you might encounter when logging into your NNMC student email. Since the college has transitioned to using a single username and password (your NNMC ID) for all applications, most login problems can be resolved with a few simple steps.

What is my NNMC ID?

Your NNMC ID is a single username and password that you will use to access your email, Canvas, Banner, and all other college applications.

To log in, always use your full NNMC email address as your username:

1. Enter your NNMC email address (e.g., yourusername@nnmc.edu) as your username.
2. Enter your password. This is the same password you use for your Canvas, Touchnet, Banner, and Microsoft 365 accounts.

If you have not yet set up your NNMC ID, you must do so before attempting to log into your email.
